We have moved premises as I'm sure you know. Some of you have placed orders in the anticipation of receiving them shortly after the 4th of April which is when we anticipated we would be up and running again.
Unfortunately the move was HELL! Nothing seemed to go right. I would like to sincerely apologise for the long delay in dispatching orders, but everything is now ok.

Welcome to Ballards' we are an on-line shop. We sell private owner wagons OO and N gauge, and also specialize in RTP electric Round The Pole flying model aircraft equipment.

Dispatch: Please note that we only dispatch Tuesdays and Fridays.
Emails: below is our email address, please note that it doesn't have a hyphen before the "sales". We have had reports that somehow one has been inserted by the system.
We will accept payment by all major credit cards (except Amex), or PayPal. UK customers if they have no other option we will accept a cheque, or Postal Order.
MAIL ORDER: DISTANCE BUYING/RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, and will accept returns if done so within 7 days of delivery, providing they are UNUSED AND UNOPENED, but please email and obtain authorization first. Your must return it at your expense for a refund (less our p&p costs). We will deduct 10% for a restocking fee. You must pay for the item to be returned and received by us in good condition. We will not be responsible for any item that gets lost or damaged in the post.
